The Easiest Healthy Cookies Ever! (even I can make them!)

 

Nothing turns me away from a recipe faster than having too many ingredients.  And if it requires multitasking, but that's another story.  

So I was really excited to find a 2-ingredient cookie recipe on Pinterest last night!  And I happened to have both in my kitchen already - bananas and oats.  Seriously, that's all.  

Here's what you do: 

Smash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl. (This is surprisingly fun and therapeutic!)
Mix in 1 cup of quick oats.  
Spoon little piles onto a greased cookie sheet. 
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (I ended up baking them for about 25 minutes)
Voila!  

I added chocolate chips to a couple of them, and next time I'll try raisins and cinnamon.
