George Strait and Chris Stapleton play in a torrential rain

George Strait played two sold-out shows in Nashville over the weekend; the first in blazing hot temperatures, and the second cut short by torrential rains. Fans were upset the concert was abruptly ended, but videos show George gave it all he got until the weather ended things. Playing Nashville's Nissan Stadium Saturday night, George brought Chris Stapleton up to duet on the classic "Amarillo By Morning," and the two toughed it out as the rains came down. To be fair, the fans were in for the long haul - no one was leaving during a classic performance from two greats - but it's obvious in the video clips as to why the show was cut short
