Drake's New Shirtless Selfie Is The Thirst Trap Of All Thirst Traps

Drake has had one of the best years of his career, but his 2018 wasn't just spent focusing on music. He also worked very hard on his fitness, as per the Young Money MC's new shirtless selfie.

On Sunday night (December 9), the 32-year-old star hopped on Instagram Story to share a bathroom selfie, which put his toned build on display for viewers. Beyond his fitness flex, eagle-eyed fans also spotted his new chest tattoo of an owl, a massive yet appropriate homage to OVO Sound. No caption was included in the post beyond three sun emojis and, to be frank, that's all we really needed. If you require any reason to step up your gym game in 2019, let this photo be your every day and any day motivation.

It all comes at a celebratory time for the MC, who recently snagged a total of seven Grammy nominations, including slots in coveted categories like Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Rap Performance. Click here for the full list of nominations!

In related news, James "J" Prince's book, The Art & Science of Respect: A Memoir, features a forward from the hip-hop heavyweight and the founder and CEO of Rap-A-Lot Records recently explained why he chose Drake to write the piece. "Drake took me down memory lane to some things I didn’t know he was paying attention to," he said of his protege to ET. "He was watching and observing everything, and for him to make a statement that he wanted to do for Toronto what I had done for Houston -- it truly really meant a lot to me."
