Ben & Jerry's Releases 2 Vegan Flavors, Including Fan Favorite Cookie Dough

Good news for all the vegans out there: Ben & Jerry's just announced that they will release dairy-free versions of two fan-favorite ice cream flavors. Now fans of Ben & Jerry's can enjoy vegan flavors of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Chocolate Caramel Cluster, so, it's time to celebrate.

"NEW FLAVORS! Introducing Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Chocolate Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy!" Ben & Jerry's wrote on Instagram. "Fans have been asking for a vegan version of our classic cookie dough flavor for ages, and we've finally gotten the recipe juuuust right. Coming soon to a freezer near you!"

"For years, Non-Dairy denizens focused on what’s not in dessert. Ben & Jerry’s celebrates what is—rich, creamy almond milk; euphoric chunks and swirls; and incredibly indulgent flavor combinations," the ice cream giant wrote in a press release, saying these dairy-free versions of their iconic flavors have "everything but the cow."

“Ever since we introduced Non-Dairy in 2016, our fans have been clamoring for more,” Sarah Fidler, a Ben & Jerry's Flavor Guru, said of the new flavors. “The biggest challenge this time was creating a chocolate chip cookie dough flavor that stood up to the original. I think we nailed it.”

These dairy-free flavors will be available in pint form nationwide and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough will also be available in participating Ben & Jerry's scoop shops.
