Halsey is showing it off like it is.

Three weeks since the singer welcomed their first child, Ender, the pop star has unveiled their postpartum body. On Saturday (August 7), the singer shared a multi-photo post of their body with visible stretch marks, as well as a "Baby" tattoo placed just above their pelvis. "Well….this is what it look like," they captioned the post, alongside an emoji of a bear. Elsewhere in the post, they showed off shots of their child's colorful rainbow-themed nursery, living soon, Ender in a gray blanket and their partner Alex Aydin holding the newborn.

Earlier this month, Halsey delivered another dose of motherhood when they shared a photo nursing Ender in honor of World Breastfeeding Week. "We arrived just in time!" they captioned the shot, which saw the star hold Ender while visiting an outdoor park. Halsey welcomed Ender with their boyfriend Aydin on July 14, 2021. Shortly after Ender's arrival, the two shared a statement along with the black-and-white photos of their newborn. "Gratitude. For the most 'rare' and euphoric birth. Powered by love," the singer wrote on Instagram at the time.

Halsey previously shared their interest in backing the idea of pregnant and postpartum bodies for their new album, If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power. "This album is a concept album about the joys and horrors of pregnancy and childbirth,” they shared in a statement of the LP, which sees the singer expose one breast on the cover art. “It was very important to me that the cover art conveyed the sentiment of my journey over the past few months. The dichotomy of the Madonna and the Whore. The idea that me as a sexual being and my body as a vessel and gift to my child are two concepts that can co-exist peacefully and powerfully. My body has belonged to the world in many different ways the past few years, and this image is my means of reclaiming my autonomy and establishing my pride and strength as a life force for my human being."

"This cover image celebrates pregnant and postpartum bodies as something beautiful, to be admired. We have a long way to go with eradicating the social stigma around bodies and breastfeeding. I hope this can be a step in the right direction!" they continued.
