Cardi B has been forced to cancel her scheduled performance in Atlanta this weekend after she was recently hospitalized due to a "medical emergency."

The "Enough" rapper announced the unfortunate update about her health in a message she posted to social media on Wednesday afternoon, October 23. Bardi explained that she's currently battling an undisclosed illness in the hospital and won't be well enough in time for her headlining set at ONE MusicFest.

"I am so sad to share this news, but I've been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I wont be able to perform at ONE MusicFest," she wrote.

"It breaks my heart that I won't get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there," she continued. "Bardi Gang - thank you for understanding and I'll be back better and stronger soon. Don't worry. Love yall."

Cardi made the announcement just a few days before ONE MusicFest is set to open its doors. The festival's organizers reposted her message and wished her well. They also said they are working hard to find a replacement act before the festival begins this Saturday. Cardi B was scheduled perform on the same night as Earth, Wind & Fire, Nelly, Fantasia and more.

It's not clear what Cardi B is suffering from, but she's been sick all week. She first let fans know about her illness when she threatened to sue Child Protective Services for coming to her home in the middle of the night over a prank call from someone who claimed her kids were being abused. In the video she posted, Cardi was lying down in a hospital bed and told her fans she was "f**ked up" due to the illness.

We hope Cardi B gets well soon!
