It's been a hectic day with flash flooding around the Birmingham area this afternoon. Several cars are seen underwater during a flash flood that happened downtown.
Remember, if you are driving and see water over the street, do not attempt to drive through it, you don't know how deep it can be and it only takes a few feet of water to sweep your car away.
