This is so sad. Kate Spade found dead in her apartment yesterday after a suicide, and now it is confirmed that she left a note to her family.
According to People it's said that she addressed her husband and 13 year old daughter in the note and wanted her daughter to know that the suicide was not her fault.
A statement was released by the Spade family as follows:
“We loved Kate dearly and will miss her terribly. We would ask that our privacy be respected as we grieve during this very difficult time.”
