Could Tiny Homes Solve Chicago's Homeless Problem?

I love that our Mayor is working on helping Chicago's homeless get off the streets. If you come to the city often you know this is a problem and with the temperatures dropping as cold as they do in the winter here we really need to help get these people off the streets.

Rahm Emanuel is hoping that tiny homes will be the solution to our problem and is asking Chicago developers to think small to help in a big way.

He says tiny homes could have a big impact on creating affordable and permanent housing for Chicago's "most vulnerable" residents.

Other large cities like Seattle, LA and Detroit have already taken this approach and it seems to be working for them. Thank you Mayor Rahm Emanuel for working on this for our city.
