Hahaha talk about not being able to handle rejection... this woman REALLY didn't handle a guy saying no to her well at all.
Panhia Vang was arrested after stealing the guy's Hummer and driving with him clinging on to it after dear life! There was alcohol involved and she didn't get arrested until she showed up to the hospital to visit him.... this is why Men are the ones who are supposed to do the proposing... haha so we don't embarrass ourselves if they say no!
