Doing Good: 4 year old Birmingham Boy feeds the homeless

There's a new superhero on the streets of Birmingham, Alabama, and he's only four years old.

Austin Perine, the cape-wearing kid who likes to go by the name President Austin, isn't fighting crime. He's fighting hunger.

Once a week, Austin dons his cape and hits the street to deliver sandwiches to the city's homeless. His father says Austin started doing it after he learned that there are people in the city who don't have homes or enough food to eat. He asked his parents if his allowance money could go toward buying chicken sandwiches that he could give out to homeless people.

Austin's father, T.J. Perine, says, "That's his idea of what the president is supposed to do. I was like, buddy, you have no idea, but hey, I'm going along with it."

With each sandwich he hands out he also delivers an important message. He tells everyone, "Don't forget to show love."
