US-IT-NETFLIX

Hey there- it's Madison back with another week of quarantine watch suggestions for you. My biggest problem (first world) is sitting there looking for something to watch on my million streaming services. If you're the same way- I hope this will save you some time and give you something new to watch!

Netflix

The Innocence Files

The Innocence Project helps get wrongfully convicted people out of prison and this series features some of the most amazing cases. If you’re a true crime fan this is a can’t miss series!

Waco

This was on TV a couple years back but if you missed it you can now binge it on Netflix. You probably remember some details about the stand off between the government and the branch davidians in a “cult” in Waco Texas but oh my goodness I didn’t honestly remember the whole story. David Karesh and his followers were most definitely wrongfully killed. It was a heartbreaking but very good watch.

Amazon Prime Video

Life Itself

I thought this movie would be a happy funny chick flick judging by the cover photo alone. Wow, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Things go incredibly wrong for the main characters almost immediately but keep watching- I was ugly crying by the end as everything got tied together perfectly

The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia

Looking for something trashy to watch after Tiger King? This is definitely it. You don’t be able to look away from the train wrecks. My biggest question, how could they act like that with cameras around???? This is a movie not a series

Hulu

McMillions

Incredible documentary about the McDonalds Monopoly cheating scandal. It’s actually insane how this whole thing happened and how many people were involved. Spoiler alert not all the people who got the money knew they were in on it

Little Fires Everywhere

The whole season is available now starring Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington and it was crazy. Apparently it’s a little different from the book, they might be leaving the door open for season 2

YoutubeTV

ESPN

The Last Dance

Michael Jordan was everything in the 90’s and although I watched him and loved the Bulls like everyone else I sure didn’t know the story of what was going on behind the scenes. Get ready to have a new villain to hate in GM Jerry Krause. New episodes every Sunday night

Epix - YouTube TV has a free trial through Saturday so hurry!

Crawl

This movie was quite a horror flick! Girl looking for her father in the midst of a category 5 hurricane and you won’t believe who she has to fight off to save him! Craziness!

Every Day

Omg I loved this romantic movie so so so much! It’s about a guy who wakes up in a different body every day and the girl who falls in love with him. They try to find each other every day. Cool concept, I wish there were a sequel to this one
