What a great weekend, happy Father's Day to all the Dad's! We got to pick up Grady from summer camp this weekend and got to spend time together as a family. 1 of 5I had never made banana pudding from scratch before or ever even eaten it warm. It's a lot of extra work, but IMO totally worth it!2 of 5We got to pick up Grady (far right) from camp early Saturday morning and it was SO good to see him. He got the sweetest camper award from his counselor and said he had the best time conquering his fear of heights and climbed to the top of a huge ropes course! 3 of 5We thought it was going to be rainy all weekend so what a sweet bonus to have a sunny day to go to the pool! It was a little overcast though so all of us are a little burned today. Well hey- gotta start that summer tan somehow! I know, I know, sunscreen saves lives and we do wear it!4 of 5We made it out of the house on Sunday to celebrate Dad at one of his favorite activities... bowling! He kicked our butts every game but Josh Jr did get his first turkey! Grady was figuring out the art of rolling the ball instead of throwing it. No bumpers allowed for this family!5 of 5Every weekend needs a little down time and my favorite partner to sit on the front porch with is my boston Sampson. He is the chillest dog ever... of all 3 of our bostons he is the only one who doesn't bark at people and other dogs passing by.
