Not every restaurant chain is liberal with their portions of food, condiments, napkins, or bags but word on the street is that Chick-fil-A is one of the worst when it comes to doling out extras. One Redditor noted that the environmental-friendly policy of Chick-fil-A’s standards “is to use as few bags as possible.” This has caused a stir on TikTok where one Uber driver asked for a plastic bag for his disabled customer to secure his food and drink and a Chick-fil-A manager said that bags could only be given out “for the items that go in them.” Those things include salads, side salads, and cold products to cut down on “unnecessary waste.” To continue the discussion, the driver reiterated that his customer was disabled and the manager said this was a simple matter of policy and Chick-fil-A does not discriminate. Customers are not happy about the policy but it could be worse. In 2014 a McDonald’s customer sued the restaurant for receiving a single napkin.
