Go to bed together…and the happier you will be! That’s according to Psychology Today, who did a survey of 300 couples and found going to bed at the same time as your partner improves your relationship. Whether it’s going to watch tv, talk, or even read, getting into bed together at the same time makes a connection. Even if you’re just laying there scrolling through your phone…that’s better than being apart. So, if your relationship needs a little boost, hit the sack together tonight.
